Crunchy baked chickpeas
These are great as an ingredient in all kinds of bowls or as a snack.

Instructions
- Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
- Spread them on a clean kitchen towel or paper towels and dry them extremely well. Remove any loose skins that come off easily.
- In a small bowl, mix 2 tbsp avocado oil, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/4 tsp smoked paprika, and 1/8 tsp ground black pepper.
- Coat the chickpeas with the oil and spices.
- Spread them in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes, depending on how much crunch you want, mixing after 15 minutes.
